ORDERING & PAYMENT
The following forms of payment and details about making an order currently apply:
Payment is accepted via money order, bank or personal cheque, direct deposit, Bankcard, Visa or Mastercard, or cash. Payment via personal cheque is not deemed to have occurred until funds have been cleared. Credit card payment is now accepted and your purchase can be processed by RippleTech Electronics. Payment options via retailers may vary.
To order via fax or e-mail. Fill out the order form details which are provided as a PDF or word document. Include all your details, especially the delivery address. Fax, mail or e-mail (preferred) your order to Rippletech along with payment. You will be provided with an order number returned via the same method, including an estimated dispatch date. If this date is delayed, you will be advised. Once payment is cleared your order will be dispatched.
Products can be dispatched via mail or courier. You can specify a courier or I will use our standard courier. Products can be picked up or ordered in person during normal business hours. Standard couriers used by RippleTech Electronics are : TNT Express, Australia Post and CouriersPlease. Currently, only TNT Express can ship larger aluminium antennas interstate - due to package size. Costs, depend on order but for the smaller items can be as low as $5.00. Larger antennas to remote areas can cost up to $80.00 for freight, the verticals and rotary dipoles can be shipped to major cities and regional centres for $25.00. CouriersPlease cannot ship aluminium antennas that are greater in length than 1.0m to interstate locations (i.e states other than VIC- sorry).
Sorry but due to the high implementation costs and security risks, Internet purchasing is not currently supported. This may change if sufficient volume of sales warrant it and secure payment methods can be implemented cost effectively.
