The following forms of payment are available :

Direct Deposit - Call for the Account Details. (PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT)

PAYPAL - Make a payment to sales@rippletech.com.au (visit the paypal website to do this 2.5% paypal fee applies)

VISA & Mastercard - Call to process your payment (2.5% financial transaction fee applies)

Personal/Bank Cheque or Money Order  - By Arrangement only ($20 fee applies).

Cash - When using direct pick-up by arrangement.. Call first please.

COD - Not Accepted.

The Simplest ways to complete an order:

Email - To order via email, simply note the product code and send an email with you required products to sales@rippletech.com.au. We will get back to you normally within 24 hours. During business hours, generally within 4 hours.

Phone - To order via phone, simply call Tony (VK3TZ) on 03 9887 4936 and leave a message if the phone is unmanned whilst we are in the workshop. Or, call the mobile (SMS if you like) 0402 622 562.

Snail Mail - To order via the post, print-out the PDF order form below and fill it out. Send it to RippleTech Electronics, 3 Moyston Close, Vermont South VIC 3133, AUSTRALIA. (Don't forget to include your return address and/or phone number!!)
 

The Finer Detail:

Payment is accepted via money order, bank or personal cheque, direct deposit, Visa or Mastercard, cash or PAYPAL. (Paypal and Credit Card transactions incur and additional processing fee of 2.5% of the total order - (bank charges and fees associated with these payment products). Payment via personal cheque is not deemed to have occurred until funds have been cleared. Credit card payments are now accepted and your purchase can be processed by RippleTech Electronics. Payment options via retailers may vary. Direct Deposit is preferred because it incurs the least costs to the Business which helps keeps prices as low as possible.

You will be provided with an order number returned via the same method, including an estimated dispatch date. If this date is delayed, you will be advised. Once payment is cleared your order will be dispatched.

Products can be dispatched via mail or courier. You can specify a courier or I will use our standard courier. Products can be picked up or ordered in person during normal business hours. Good NEWS - we have identified a courier that can deliver larger antenna products at a reasonable price, via ordering on the internet. OUTSTANDING for our customers as this will make ordering and receiving large antennas far less painful. Note, costs are significantly less than previous courier charges..... Australia Post is used for most smaller antennas and baluns. Express Post and Registered Post also available upon request. Too EASY!!

Sorry but due to the high implementation costs and security risks, Internet purchasing is not currently supported. This may change if sufficient volume of sales warrant it and secure payment methods can be implemented cost effectively.
